We look forward to seeing you at the 2011 Annual
California Urban and Community Forest Conference!
The conference will take place September 15-17, 2011 at the Crowne
Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto, California.
California Urban Forests Council and California ReLeaf have partnered to
make this a great event with participation from nonprofits, cities, state
leaders, and more! We’re bringing in an impressive line-up of speakers
and look forward to throwing a great party on Friday, September 16 at a
local park where we will honor the winners of the 2011 California Urban
Forestry awards.
Join us
for education, networking and a great time (as well as continuing
education credits for arborists and urban foresters). We’ll discuss urban
forestry and public health, options to maintain urban forests during
recessions, fruit trees in the cities, a hands-on tour of pruning
methods, options for securing funding, and more!
Please see http://www.caufc.org/Annual%20Conference
for the agenda, registration information, and more. See you there!
